Our 60-Day Guarantee

We stand behind every product we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of delivery. We believe this gives you ample time to evaluate how our supplements work for you.

Key Policy: Unopened products qualify for a full refund to your original payment method. Opened products may be returned for store credit equal to the purchase price.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Time window: Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date
  • Proof of purchase: Order number or receipt required
  • Product condition: For full refund, products must be unopened and in original packaging. Opened products accepted for store credit
  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product)

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us — Email support@renuebyscience.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive RMA — We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number and provide the return shipping address
  3. Ship item back — Package the product securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  4. Refund processing — Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Store credit is issued immediately

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no cost to you. Include photos of the damaged item to expedite processing.

Refund Timeline

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5–7 business days after we receive and process the return
  • Store credit: Issued immediately upon return inspection
  • Original shipping charges: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Subscription & Auto-Delivery

If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time through your account page or by contacting support. Returns for subscription orders follow the same 60-day policy. Any unshipped subscription orders canceled before processing will not be charged.

International Returns

International orders are eligible for returns under the same 60-day policy. However, return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service. Refunds are issued in USD at the original exchange rate.
